AI software initiative · Internal prototype

Fledger — a connected process for small software projects.

Imperium Noir Capital Holdings LLC is designing an AI-assisted platform for individuals, independent creators, small businesses and small teams.

A limited internal prototype, tested by the founder and not yet publicly available.

The problem

Too many disconnected steps.

Defining an idea, building and testing an application, deploying it, and keeping it useful often happen in separate tools and conversations. Context can get lost between those stages.

The proposed platform would connect that lifecycle: a clear plan, reviewed implementation, an approved release and a way to follow up on errors and improvements.

The intended audience spans personal projects and small business needs — individuals and independent creators (B2C), alongside small businesses and small teams (B2B).

Planned capability areas

What the planned workflow would cover.

These capabilities describe the planned broader workflow, not implemented prototype features. The intended scope may change with further testing.

From idea to a scoped plan
Translate an idea into clear requirements, a limited initial scope and a practical build plan.
Implementation and testable previews
Assist with implementation and provide previews intended for testing and review before any release.
Owner-approved deployment
Make deployment a separate decision, taken only after the owner reviews and approves the proposed release.
Error triage and support followup
Use agent assistance to investigate reported errors, organize context and suggest next steps for human review.
Tested, approved improvements
Suggest changes that can be tested and reviewed, with consequential improvements subject to human approval.

Design principles · Planned, not delivered controls

Assistance with accountable decisions.

Human oversight

Keep the owner involved in consequential changes, including release decisions. AI assistance should not replace responsibility.

Test and review before release

Design around testable previews and review, rather than treating generated output as ready for deployment.

Limited initial scope

Focus the intended initial scope on small web applications and SaaS products rather than promising a solution for every software project.

Iterative product validation

Use future feedback and testing to refine the concept. Product validation is planned work, not a completed milestone.

Current stage

Limited internal prototype.

A limited internal prototype, tested by the founder and not yet publicly available. The broader lifecycle and capability areas above remain planned.

Founder testing does not establish broader product validation. Further testing would inform the next steps.

This initiative is separate from the company’s existing marketing services. Contact is for discussion and feedback only.

Planned technology

Planned Claude API use would support AI-assisted planning, code generation and review, and support triage. This is an intended integration, not implemented. There is no Anthropic partnership or endorsement.
